A useful project starts with a shared understanding of the space, the work and the finish.

Tell us what needs to change
Send your area, the type of property, photos and approximate dimensions. Explain the problem you are solving: tired paint, a new room division, ceiling work or a decorative update. Mention any existing damage and whether the space will stay occupied.

Agree the practical scope
Discuss the surfaces and areas included, the selected materials, access, protection and what other trades may need to handle. A site assessment may be needed. Any project-specific approvals, ratings or specialist requirements should be raised before materials are agreed.

Review the quotation
Check the scope, preparation, finish, material supply, access arrangements, exclusions and payment terms. Ask how additional work will be approved if an unexpected issue is found. A low headline amount is less useful than an itemised scope you understand.

Plan preparation and installation
Agree the work sequence and how the area will be protected. Layout, openings, lights and service access should be coordinated before enclosing partitions or ceilings. Drying and coating requirements depend on the selected products and site conditions.

Review the finish together
Compare the completed scope with what was agreed. Discuss cleaning, care information and any outstanding points. Guarantees or aftercare commitments should be stated in the actual quotation rather than assumed from general website wording.
