Plan pattern and quantity
Roll dimensions, pattern repeat, wall height and openings all affect material needs. Share the actual product reference and measurements. A rough wall area alone may not establish the correct number of rolls, especially where the pattern needs matching.
Agree who supplies the material
Confirm whether you are providing the wallpaper or asking the team to discuss supply options. Product instructions, adhesive requirements and batch consistency need attention. Keep the product details available so the installation plan is based on the material that will actually be used.
Removal and preparation
Existing wallpaper may need removal before a new finish. The condition beneath it is not always visible at quotation stage. Ask how unexpected substrate repairs will be discussed and approved, rather than assuming removal leaves a ready-to-cover wall.
